1.1 Manual Booking (Customer Adds Clothes Manually)
No Cancellation: Once an order is placed by manually adding clothes, cancellation is not permitted.

IstreeCare reserves the right to refuse service for garments that are excessively soiled, infested, pose hygiene/safety risks, or are otherwise unsuitable for processing.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (or IstreeCare wallet, if applicable) within 5–7 working days after approval.

IstreeCare does not accept responsibility for:
- Garments with missing or incorrect care labels
- Leather, suede, silk, or specialty fabrics
- Items with pre-existing damage, stains, or color fading
- Accessories, buttons, or ornamental work

If only part of your order is affected, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the affected items.
