1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Manual Booking (Customer Adds Clothes Manually)

No Cancellation: Once an order is placed by manually adding clothes, cancellation is not permitted.

Order Modifcation:You may modify your order by changing the pickup date or time through the IstreeCare app before the scheduled pickup.

1.2 Instant Pickup Option

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your instant pickup order up to 1 hour before your selected time slot. After this window, cancellations are not allowed.
Missed Pickup: If our delivery executive is unable to reach you at the scheduled pickup time, your order will be placed on hold for the day. If we do not receive an update from you by the end of the pickup date, the order will be automatically canceled.
Refused Service: If the delivery executive arrives and you refuse the service, a pickup charge of ₹30 will be deducted from your IstreeCare app wallet.

1.3 Right to Refuse Service

IstreeCare reserves the right to refuse service for garments that are excessively soiled, infested, pose hygiene/safety risks, or are otherwise unsuitable for processing.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@istreecare.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days.

2.2 Refund Process

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (or IstreeCare wallet, if applicable) within 5–7 working days after approval.

2.3 Garment Condition

Our delivery executive inspects all garments at pickup to ensure there are no pre-existing damages. We do not accept garments for service if they are already damaged.
IstreeCare is not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, or wear resulting from inherent fabric defects, improper labeling, or manufacturer’s instructions not being followed.

2.4 Damages Caused by Us

If you believe your garment was damaged during our service, you may request a full or partial refund within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear, timestamped photographic evidence of the damage.
Liability Limitation: IstreeCare’s liability for any loss or damage to garments is limited to the order value.

2.5 Exclusions

 IstreeCare does not accept responsibility for:

  • Garments with missing or incorrect care labels
  • Leather, suede, silk, or specialty fabrics
  • Items with pre-existing damage, stains, or color fading
  • Accessories, buttons, or ornamental work

2.6 Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is affected, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the affected items.

2.7 Refunds for Delays

If IstreeCare is unable to deliver your garments within the promised timeline due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a service credit or partial refund.

2.8 Fraudulent Claims

Any attempt to make fraudulent claims for damages or refunds will result in denial of service and potential legal action.

3. Unclaimed Garments

Garments not collected or delivered within 30 days of service completion will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of at IstreeCare’s discretion. No compensation will be provided for unclaimed items.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies), IstreeCare reserves the right to modify our refund and cancellation policies as needed. Any changes will be promptly communicated to customers via
email or announced on our website.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or issues regarding your refund or cancellation, please reach out to us at support@istreecare.com. We are
committed to resolving your concerns promptly and fairly.

6. Policy Updates

IstreeCare reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated tocustomers as appropriate.
