What is IstreeCare?
IstreeCare is your convenient, on-demand ironing solution-no more searching for a local ironing service. We collect your
clothes from your doorstep and return them freshly pressed. Sit back and relax while we do the hard work.
How do we iron your clothes?
We use steam ironing to ensure your clothes are wrinkle-free. We utilize RO water for generating steam, and our machines are of top quality.
How do I place an order?
Download the IstreeCare app from the App Store or iOS store, select the garment you like to iron or select a pick-up and drop-off slot, and let us handle the rest.
When will I receive my clothes?
IstreeCare ensures that you receive your clothes within 24 hours of placing your order.
Do I need to provide a bag for ironing?
No worries, we bring our own bags-just have your clothes ready, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Do I need to count my clothes?
You can either enter the quantity in the app yourself or choose the direct pickup option, where our delivery executive will count your clothes at pickup and update the details in the app.
When do I need to make the payment?
Adding clothes yourself? Pay at checkout to confirm your slot.Scheduling a pickup? Simply pay when we pick up your clothes
How much do you charge per cloth?
Prices vary by location. Download the app and enter your pincode to get your exact rates instantly!
Can you handle delicate fabrics?
Our IstreeCare team has been trained to handle different kinds of fabrics and adjust the temperature accordingly
What are your payment options?
We accept online payment only through UPI, Netbanking, and Credit/Debit cards. We do not currently offer COD
services.
Is there a delivery fee?
A minimum order of 10 garments is required to qualify for free pickup. For orders below this, a delivery fee of Rs.30 will
apply.
Where do you provide your service?
We are currently operating in Telangana, Hyderabad.
Do you also provide laundry services?
No, IstreeCare currently only offers clothes ironing services.
